Work year-round. Flexible hours. Performance-focused. We are building a high-performance platform delivering judge-level video critiques to serious dancers around the world.
You will review routine submissions and record structured, 12–20 minute video critiques. This role offers absolute freedom over your schedule—work mornings, late evenings, or weekends. As long as you deliver precise technical feedback within our strict 7-day turnaround time, your hours are entirely up to you. You can keep your current studio teaching while doing this role, as long as you can consistently commit at least 25 hours/week with the goal of shifting your focus to work with us long-term.
Your success and continued work volume are directly tied to customer satisfaction. We evaluate your performance based on the positive feedback and progress of the dancers and parents you coach.
Not for you if: You rely on generic feedback like "clean it up," "point your toes," or "stronger arms." We need structured, detailed, and actionable thinkers.
We are hiring one associate coach for a 30-day trial. If it is a strong fit on both sides, the role will continue long term with consistent work, flexible hours, and meaningful income growth.
During the trial period, you will be paid $17 CAD per critique. Most coaches complete around 3 critiques per hour, which works out to approximately $50 CAD per hour while working from home. We are looking for someone who can maintain strong quality, clear communication, and reliable turnaround times as volume increases.
If the trial goes well and we decide to move forward together, this becomes a long-term position with an abundance of ongoing critique work all year around (including summers). You will also have the opportunity to teach virtual private lessons to students from our community at $100 CAD per hour, giving you an additional revenue stream on top of your critique volume.
This role is designed for a coach who wants dependable year-round work and the ability to build a full schedule with us over time.
